Regional Volunteer Coordinator - South Region - (Decatur, GA)

AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Under broad supervision, performs a variety of administrative and managerial functions for the Office of Victim and Volunteer Services. This positions is responsible for identifying and monitoring programs and conducting audits of program use and effectiveness. Identifies trends, discrepancies, and/or variances to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. May partner with other departments, divisions, outside agencies, and vendors to address business and/or program needs. Identifies internal and external resources to assist with program development . Exercises various latitudes of independent judgment. May administer or provide high-level support for various projects, grants, contracts, implementation of procedures, and/or any specialized functions. Assists with orientation, training, or providing task guidance of junior teammates. Provides strategic analysis. Communicates the planning and strategy to community stakeholders, political and business leadership.
