As an integral and highly visible member of the Investment team, the Vice President of Acquisitions originates, manages and closes multi-family real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence, market research and finance related activities. This role will be adept at handling high-level owner and broker communications, relationships and negotiations, and will be able to work autonomously and in collaboration with others to achieve a very high-level of success in identifying and negotiating terms for potential transactions.
