Real Estate Research Assistant (Analyst) Attlee Realty is a boutique firm looking for general assistance in all aspects of commercial real estate including property research, maintaining databases, and other property and sales support as may be needed. This position necessitates a Texas Real Estate License, so applicants MUST currently hold either an active, or inactive license that’s eligible to be activated. The perfect applicant is a team member with a high work ethic, integrity, acute attention to detail, and eager to learn as well as assist in creating and improving systems to expand the effectiveness in this role. Qualifications Prefer min of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in real estate/business/finance/accounting or related fields 1-two years of real estate background wanted. HIGHLY COMPUTER LITERATE Proficiency in Excel, Ms word, Outlook essential.
