Work with the technicians and support the team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term service and parts sales goals in line with company vision and values. Essential responsibilities: ? Staff the department with the proper number of internal and external service writers, detailers, technicians and lead techs to meet the demands put on the department ? Responsible for coordinating timely deliveries by working closely with the Sales and F&I departments ? Attend daily pending meetings ? Responsible to insure that all employees are adequately trained ? Responsible for reconditioning and maintaining used inventory to Big Daddy RV standards ?
