Job details: The Auditor role is an essential position within WVU Medicine's Revenue Cycle department. An Auditor is responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of our Revenue Cycle processes by performing documented audits and communicating results back to our revenue cycle trainer and the leadership team to ensure prevention of future errors. Auditors survey revenue cycle performance through the use of reports, Epic workqueues, scorecards, and 3rd party tools. Revenue Cycle processes that will be audited include staff work processes, compliance with newly developed workflows, as well as auditing of outsource vendor activity and performance. SDL2017
