To maintain and ensure the safety of all employees in the operation of equipment through pro-per training, enforcement of safety rules, and following proper procedures. To maintain a clean and safe work atmosphere in compliance with all company policies as well as regulatory agency standards. To understand and enforce all company policies and procedures as well as good manufacturing practices. To improve departmental efficiencies so that downtime is minimized. To monitor rework levels and usage in order to keep rework levels at a min.
