Personal Banker - (Lake Orion, MI)

The role of the Personal Banker is to be the lead team player in building and managing our individuals and families relationships with Oxford Bank. The Personal Banker will build these relationships by proactively helping customers with their financial needs. The perfect candidate will have a genuine interest in learning what their new, or existing, customers goals are today and long term. They will use their understanding of these goals to recommend and implement solutions. Solutions to help customers will be directly recommended and implemented by the Personal Banker or by their bank experts/partners. Internal experts/partners may be residential mortgage originators; business banking relationship managers; financial planners or licensed insurance experts. The Personal Banker, as the lead relationship manager for their customer relationships, is empowered and responsible to ensure that their bank partners provide excellent service and solutions to help the customer reach their goals.
