Accounts Payable Specialist - (Reading, PA)

position summary: Randstad Professionals seeks an accounts payable professional with a solid A/P experience for a temp to perm role located in Reading, PA. Pay will be $16 - $18 an hour and will be determined by experience and skill level. location: Reading, Pennsylvania job category: Contract salary: $16 - eighteen per hour work hours: eight to 5 education: Associate's degree experience: 2 yrs responsibilities: Core functions: Performing accounts payable functions including receiving and matching invoices Keying vendor invoices for payment Prepare reports as requested by management (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) and assist in closing procedures Work with vendors regarding disputed invoices to resolve any and all issues Account reconciliation requirements: Min requirements: Associate's Degree in Accounting or related position Min 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable focused role Strong systems skills, including ERP & Excel
