Additional assignments include complimentary oversight with the Finance Director around borrowing/debt service; investments; and team leadership. Chief Building Official Job overview: Oversees all functions and operations of the Building division within the Community Development Department. Plans, organizes, and directs all activities related to compliance with building and safety ordinances within the City.
