Landscape Manager for Cliffs Land Care Summary Manages the care, maintenance, and renovation of all Cliffs Member’s ground under contract and POA grounds under contract. Establishes and implements grounds/landscape development and maintenance goals, policies and procedures. Responsible for keeping our standard with all contracts within the Cliffs. Duties and Responsibilities Develops and implements plans for the successful maintenance of all residential and POA grounds under contract. Plans, oversees, and project-manages renovation projects. Responsible for schedules, facilitates, oversees, and quality controls reconstruction activities. Oversees assigned personnel, which includes assigning work, work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluating performance and making recommendations for personnel actions; motivating employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Develops and manages plans for each property to ensure optimal appearance and health.
