Electronics Manufacturing Engineer / Lufkin, TX - (Lufkin, TX)

Designs and documents manufacturing processes, control methods, and standard procedures for automated and manual methods of assembly of circuit cards, electronic assemblies, and cable/harness assemblies. Conceptualizes and implements methods improvements and capital equipment to support cost initiative goals. Investigates and implements corrective actions for process failures and deficiencies in support of quality goals and production schedules. Develop justifications and advocates engineering changes to enhance manufacturability. Ensures processes and methods are in compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and legal regulations. Must have verbal and written correspondence abilities and people skills to work efficiently in a team environment in a supportive and leadership roles.
