You will: Oversee strategic direction of Inventory Planners to optimize Inventory Management. o With a focus on end to end planning of inventory from purchase requisition to customer invoices to maximize productivity. Manage strategic long range inventory planning decisions - and work cross functionally- in support of fulfillment strategy- to provide implementation of inventory policies, issue solving, goal setting, and performance measure. Have a strategic leadership role while working tactically to motivate his/her teams to adhere to a disciplined inventory process. Be an active leader in recruiting, hiring and development of staff to maximize retention.
