Looking for an individual to do facility maintenance at 3 properties - an Animal Hospital in Westport, CT, a horse farm in Redding, CT, and a rental property in Danbury, CT . Includes wood and wire fence installation and maintenance, routine tractor lubrication/washing, field and lawn mowing, lime and fertilizer spreading, weed trimming, compost turning and spreading, building painting, stall repairs, ring grooming, fruit tree and bush pruning, weeding, ornamental planting maintenance, snow plowing and snow shoveling. Must be a non-smoker who is familiar with plants, animals, and tractors and able to use lawn mowers, trimmers, standard tractor PAID-TIME-OFF equipment such as brush hogs, manure spreaders, post-hold diggers, seeders, wood splitters, etc. and do minor carpentry and electrical work.
