job overview: Position: Help Desk Technician The Help Desk team supports over 10,000 staff. Must be comfortable on the phones all day. Description: This resource supports staff by providing front-line remote technical support through phone calls, email, and remote desktop tools in a timely matter. Occasionally may need to be able to travel to any site to provide onsite technical support for emergencies. Mileage will be reimbursed. Will need to log all incidents and requests. Other tickets are automatically assigned through the ticketing system or assigned by management. Status updates to tickets must be made to management as requested. Will also need to work on other tasks and projects per management. This is a heavy phone support position. Requirements: - ITIL experience desired - A+ or HDI certification desired - Able to learn and apply from technical training Requirements: - Able to work well with others, independently and with management - Must pass criminal experience investigation
