Grocery clerk - (San Mateo, CA)

Grocery Clerk (San Mateo) Draeger's Supermarkets, Inc in Los Altos is seeking a Part time Grocery Clerk immediately. This position reports to the Grocery Manager. Principle Duties and Responsibilities (includes the following but not limited to): * Greet each customer with friendly eye contact. * Provide excellent customer service. * Prepare items on station assignment list * Reliable, punctual, and committed to customer service Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: *Knowledge of produce and grocery product. * Possess excellent interpersonal skill and expertise to communicate effectively with customers, other teammates and leadership. * Able to lift 40-50 lbs for closing shift duties. *Familiar with the operation of the cash register system. * Able to work a variety of shifts primarily weekends and evenings, and holidays.
