Clinical Nurse Training Specialist - (White Plains, NY)

Clinical Nurse Training Specialist Centers Health Care is actively seeking a Clinical Nurse Training Specialist to serve as a nurse trainer/educator for multiple Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers (cluster), with a primary focus of onboarding new personnel, nursing orientation and competency development in the NY metropolitan area. Must be a Registered Nurse to Apply Duties and Qualifications The Clinical Training Specialist must have background as a nurse in the Long -Term Care/Skilled Nursing and Rehab and possess proven and successful outcomes with patient care and the understanding of facility education and development. Goals of the role are growth and development of nursing staff within a cluster of nursing homes. The role will provide consistent onboarding and training with policy and system review, orientation, educational fairs and will assist the Corporate Director of Education and Development with project and policy development.
