Requisition Number 18-0240 Post Date 10/1/2018 Title Case Manager - WIR - Public Defender Project City Tulsa State OK Description Part-time Position Work within the Public Defender’s office to provide advocacy, crisis intervention, case management and referral and linkage services to assigned female clients. Case Management is a critical component of a holistic defense for justice-involved females when they are facing criminal fees and are in danger of losing their children. The PD Case manager conducts a risk/needs assessment to identify needs and conditions necessary to increase compliance with court-ordered services and develop a plan of action that may include treatment, resource acquisition, housing assistance, transportation and other basic needs. Work in partnership as part of a multidisciplinary team within the criminal justice system to provide a set of social service functions that help clients access the resources needed to enhance court compliance and decrease incarceration.
