Randstad is seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Paralegal for a permanent opportunity in Charleston. We are looking for applicants with at least three years of workers compensation background. *Established and Reputable Firm *Free Parking Responsibilities: In this role, you will review intake documents to ensure all details necessary to open a case in Trialworks has been gathered (and takes the appropriate steps to obtain any missing details) before sending the Intake Department a request to complete the case opening. You will also research coverage for workers??? compensation claims. This info must be entered into Needles before asking the Intake Department to complete the case opening process.You will generate required workers??? compensation forms and documents through Trialworks, transcribing dictation, revising or drafting documents as directed by supervising attorneys including, but not limited to, briefs, APAs, correspondence, demands
