VillageCare – Redefining Wellness 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271 VillageCare Max Position title: Medicare Marketing Manager Roles & Responsibilities: The Medicare Marketing Managers will contribute ideas for identifying community referral sources, whose mission and needs are focused on the frail adult and their MA D-SNP / MAP needs. The Medicare Marketing Managers oversees part of the Medicare marketing team, overseeing a region, and ensures the team reaches targets each month, as well as quality enrollments within the compliance guidelines for both CMS and VCMAX. The position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies that align with the overall Plan enrollment goals, member communication and member retention objectives utilizing multiple communication tools and channels. Leads and manages a team of experienced marketers responsible for executing strategies or business initiatives to drive growth.
