Randstad is hiring six people to work with our client, a well-respected financial regulatory organization, as Client Relations Associates . These are great entry-level opportunities for college graduates to start your career with lots of opportunity for growth and advancement. Responsibilities: As a Client Relations Rep, you will be taking inbound calls from brokers or people from brokerage houses, fairly simple calls about web sitelogins or navigation, membership registrations and renewals, other general questions, etc. (much more lax call center, no call volume quotas, talk time limitations, etc. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM - eight hour shift between these hours. M-F. Skills: Must Haves: Bachelor's Degree, outgoing personality (but not too talkative), smooth/professional communication. (Background is less important, they don't want call career center people).
