Providence is calling an Occupational Therapist to Providence 310 Villa Medical Plaza in Newberg, OR. In this position, you will: Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Possess skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve max patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Necessary background for this position include: Bachelor's/Master's or doctorate degree -or- equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program Current occupational therapy licensure through the State of Oregon American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification with American Red Cross cardiopulmonary resuscitation/automated external defibrillator (CPR/AED) for medical professionals within 30 days of hire Specialized occupational therapy
