Associate Director of Nursing/Clinical Nurse Executive - (Kearney, NE)

Description This position will start out at the Grand Island Veterans' Home and will Transfer over to Central Nebraska Veterans' Home in Kearney when it moves. $26.086 additional salary based on background Primarily Monday - Friday, day hours but may occaisionally work weekends, evenings and nights Examples of Work This position that provides administrative clinical leadership and commitment to high-quality member directed and member driven services for the Department of Nursing. Ensuring the development, implementation, evaluation and continued imporvement of clinical programs and services that are consistent the Central Nebraska Veterans' Home and Nursing departments vision and mission. The Assistant Director of Nursing receives supervision from the Director of Nursing.
