Property Manager The MHRB is seeking candidates who are qualified for the full time position of Property Manager. Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance; skills to operate power equipment; 3-5yrs background in facility maintenance area. The expertise to prioritize work for self and others to enable completion of simultaneous tasks is a necessity. Must be able to coordinate and carry through administrative projects and budgets; and work with community groups and provider agencies. Must be experienced in Ms excel and other computer applications. Works effectively with maintenance staff, vendors, and people living with mental illness. Evenings, weekend, and travel are required.
