Specialty Account Manager - (Charlotte, NC)

Job summary: The Specialty Account Manager (SAM) is engaging OB/GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in face-to-face promotional and marketing discussions to promote the sales of the product and provide awareness of an ultra-rare disease, atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (aHUS), and the positive outcomes of early identification of affected patients and treatment with terminal complement inhibition therapy. The SAM achieves this by developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs, specifically community-based OB/GYN and/or High-Risk Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians by reviewing with them details on disease pathophysiology and terminal complement inhibition therapy features, benefits, safety profile and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use.
