Quality Manager - (Defiance, OH)

Quality Manager- Defiance Ohio Our client an industry leading metal stamping and fabricating organization that provides their products to the automotive, agriculture and military industries. Requirements And Competencies: Bachelor of Science degree in Quality Systems, Operations or related position. ASQ Certification five to eight years of background in Quality supporting manufacturing and managing a team of direct reports. Background in metal fabrication, stamping, heavy truck, construction equipment and/or military industry background wanted. Knowledge of quality systems, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, SPC and Control plans. Proven skill working with Lean initiatives, root cause analysis, correction action planning, Poke Yoke. Responsibilities & Duties: Lead, develop and drive continuous improvement in quality initiatives to achieve cost reduction targets.
