Flight Operations Quality Assurance Analyst - (Shreveport, LA)

Metro Aviation is in need of a Flight Operations Quality Assurance Analyst. FOQA Analyst will provide support and assistance to the FOQA Manager. The FOQA Analyst will communicate and support the directives, programs, and policies of the FOQA department to employees and customers. Duties and Responsibilities Solid familiarity with FAA regulations and the Company's Operational Manual(s) Possesses a working understanding of air medical services operations and maintenance Assists the FOQA Manager in program implementation and continuous improvement including: Supports the FOQA Manager with daily administration of the FOQA efforts to ensure analysis of flight data for improved flight FOQA program and data collection to ensure compliance with FAA FOQA guidance, the MAI I&O plan and program policies and procedures. Monitors and recommends changes to event classifications When assigned, performs as company liaison with the pilot work group and gatekeeper pilots to manage crew contact as required
