For the Voith Paper, Press Operations/Quality department, we are looking for: Process Quality Engineer Appleton, WI Requirments:* Improve the utilization of equipment, materials, and personnel to maximize employee safety, quality, and production efficiency.* Define processing parameters for process capabilities and materials.* Identify and justifying new capital equipment, investigating and implement new processes/standard work into production environment* Leads continuous improvement projects.* Collects, analyzes and speaks with data.* Participates in and validates engineering changes, FMEAs, etc. Experience/Education:* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related position* Min of 3 (3) years of related background* Strong analytical and quantitative skills.* Attention to detail and expertise to manage multiple projects in a timely manner* Ms office User* Minitab User Physical demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the
