Quality Control Manager - Base Ops - PAX River, MD with Security Clearance - (Patuxent River, MD)

Description Provide Quality Management direction and oversight in support of Base Operations Services (BOS) contract which includes Janitorial Services, Pest Control Services, Grounds Maintenance, Street Sweeping and Snow Removal, and Base Support Vehicles and Equipment. Major duties include but are not limited to the following: â?¢ Establish and maintain a complete Quality Management System (QMS) that incorporates Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance. â?¢ Develop and execute an effective and efficient Quality Control Plan (QCP) for identifying and correcting problems throughout the entire scope of operations. The QCP shall address: o Accurate documentation of work processes, procedures, and output measures o A systematic procedure for assessing compliance with performance objectives and standards o Accurate documentation of quality inspections conducted throughout the execution of work o Assessment-driven corrective actions and process adjustments as appropriate in a timely manner â?¢
