Managerial background is required. We're looking for a journalist who can do it all -- coach writers and photographers, line edit and problem solve quickly and effectively, all while keeping a cool head.We work in a hands-on, fast-paced digital-1st news environment. Understanding digital tools (Chartbeat, CrowdTangle) and social media (Facebook, Twitter) is critical.Good organizational, communication, customer service and time organizational skills are a must, as well as some experience with enterprise projects and public records requests.
