Training Manager - (Stuart, FL)

About the job: This is a key position that will be directly responsible for managing a team engaged in designing, producing and managing "Best of Class" learning management system, training materials, methods, or agendas to train the technicians who operate our products. The ideal candidate will manage all areas of training including but not limited to: learning management system, new operator training, re-certifications, materials, training assessments, communication, reporting, and tracking, etc. What you'll do: • Develop and manage a learning management system and create policies that meet the needs of the customers or operators as well as the management team at the trainers' level • Monitor and track all training, be the gatekeeper to ensure all customers are aware of the current processes and practices as it pertains to the operation of our trucks
