position summary: Corporate Trainer - Oriskany, NY This is a contract role expected to last 6 mons. This position will be used to teach life insurance. Corporate Trainer - Job requirements: Lead/Project Manage or participate in the full training cycle - assessing needs, designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training and curriculums in multiple modes, such as classroom, virtual, self-directed, elearning, and micro-learning; plus use evaluation methods and results to continually improve training and curriculums. As needed, use various application, tools and techniques to maintain and update work instructions and related references, job aids, and tools Builds critical relationships with internal clients of all levels and as needed, with external vendors. When working in teams, works closely with business resources of all levels and other business instructor associates within and outside the same training organization; may lead team as needed.
