Pharmacy Trainer - (Harrisburg, PA)

The primary purpose of this position is to administer all in-store and pharmacy training initiatives and allow management associates to be well trained and more effective within their roles. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with Store Support Center policies and state and federal laws. The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: 1. Conduct face-to-face training to all new and existing pharmacy associates. 2. Coordinate calls to teach systems and operational training to management associates. 3. Responsible to complete daily and quarterly compliance audits to ensure pharmacy programs are being adhered to. (i.e. Pharmacy tour sheets and Controlled substance audits) 4. Teach classroom setting customer service and Enterprise Pharmacy System (EPS) training for all pharmacy associates. 5.
