Job details The Technical Trainer and Service Representative provides an enthusiastic background to FAYAT Environmental Solutions Americas LLC (FESA) dealers in support of providing industry leading technical training and service. The Technical Trainer and Service will help foster, co-develop and develop training programs and become a technical expert matter of all FESA equipment and components. This position will play an active role in new business set-up and will help align processes and procedures for FESA related to this rolein the US It is expected that this individual will learn the product and its technical aspects, procedures and processes in Ridgeway, SC as well as the 3 factories in The Netherlands, France and England at the headquarters in The Netherlands, and therefore is able to travel domestically and internationally. Responsibilities: Supports approx $20 Million business parts and machine sales annually through excellent technical service and training.
