Training Coordinator (RN) - (Schaumburg, IL)

Full time position available. This position will provide support, program development, training and facilitation to a variety of functions including continuous improvement teams, clinical effectiveness, hospitality/customer service initiatives, risk management, corporate compliance, talent management and accreditation. This position will also be responsible for developing and administering clinical training for all licensed areas at all campuses as well as providing additional support to any and all training programs for the organization. Bachelor’s degree in adult or health education preferred or a min of 2yrs teaching or LTC background required. Must be CPR certified and possess a current Illinois RN license. Must have good written/spoken communication abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a good current expertise of powerpoint and ms excel. We Are An Equal Opportunity Employer
