Contract Recruiter - (Atlanta, GA)

Hire Ventures, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Contract Recruiting Consultant for an immediate project need. This is a part time 1099 contract position that may vary in hours from twenty - 40 per week. To be considered you must have solid recruiting background and be available during normal business hours (this is not a side hustle). Background recruiting in the construction or building industry a plus! We are located in the Atlanta area and prefer teammates in our local area, but may also be open to a remote option depending on background. What you’ll be doing as a recruiter: Identify, source, interview and hire according to our client needs, this could include skilled trade, certified technicians, engineering, project managers, superintendents, sales, marketing or any other corporate function. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers by providing a consultative approach to their staffing needs, be a partner in the hiring process, providing tactical support every step of the way.
