The Position The Project Coordinator supports the Estimating and Project Management teams by handling all administrative aspects of the estimating and project management functions. This includes, but is not limited to, potential bid lists, software updates and data entry of bid details, subcontractor pricing collection, compiling bid data for timely submission, collection of data for both winning and losing bids, preparing submittals, assisting with bonds and preparing RFQs.
