- Bachelors Degree Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification CA RN license CPR/BLS Position description : This position will support LLUMC's strategic plan and the organization's mission to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ, while embracing the core values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Wholeness. RN 1st Assistant (RNFA) is Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) and performs 1st assistant duties as designated by standardized procedures for adult and pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating rooms across all sites licensed under Loma Linda University Health (LLUH), eg, University Hospital, East Campus Hospital, Surgical Hospital, Out-Patient Surgery Center, Children's Hospital. This includes, but is not limited to, using instruments/medical devices including robotic technology, provide exposure handling and/or cutting tissue, provide hemostasis, electro-cautery, suturing, and positioning of the surgical patient.
