We are currently searching for an experienced leader and manager to oversee housekeeping operations for a longterm care facility in the Charleston, SC area. This facility requires an experienced leader and manager who has documented success in hiring, training, scheduling and deploying a housekeeping workforce of up to 20+ people. Our ideal candidate will be able to create a team culture within the facility that encourages the highest levels of performance, pays strict attention to all DHEC regulations and policies, provides coaching and mentoring and strives to create a clean and pleasant environment for those at end of life care. He or she will engage and communicate with the client’s leadership on a regular and consistent basis to identify and resolve issues as they arise while seeking the highest level of service delivery.
