Sales Coordinator - (Buffalo Grove, IL)

A leading client located in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking applicants to fill an immediate, direct hire, Sales Coordinator position. Responsibilities: - Preparing sales documentation, ordering marketing materials, and updating equipment inventory - Their mission is to provide cost-effective and high-performing systems based on the latest clinical research and cutting-edge technology. - Background with SAP highly desired - Processing quotes, credits, and rentals, including returns - Working in collaboration with Customer Service- and Sales teams- -to resolve all customer issues efficiently - Creating invoices for all customer orders- and -discuss payment plans when appropriate Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: - At least 1-3 yrs of Sales Support, Customer Service, or Account Manager background required - Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Must have strong communication expertise with both internal and external individuals Salary/Benefits: -$17 - $20 per hour
