The DevOps coach at Anthem will report to the DevOps Center of Excellence where they will coordinate efforts as a DevOps coach assigned to a delivery tower at Anthem. The day-to-day activities include training/advising/coaching teams adopting Agile and DevOps approaches to delivery. Additional qualifications of this position includes working with the COE to curate and share adoption patterns with the other coaches and communities. The DevOps Coach will facilitate the establishment of the DevOps Community of Practice at Anthem.
