Security officer - (Solon, OH)

The Schwebel Baking Company is seeking an individual for our security (risk agent) program at our Solon, Ohio facility. The qualified applicant will be working part-time. Responsibilities: Controlling employee access to building. Monitor security of premises. Watch for irregularities (such as hazards, equipment malfunctions, unlocked security doors) and report incidents or problems to the appropriate authority. Make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures. Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities Warn violators of rule infractions. Perform security patrols as needed. Coordinates emergency procedures. Provide any needed assistance to customers, employees, visitors, and/or the public. Qualifications: Must be 18yrs of age or older. Must present a professional image and demonstrate good moral fitness and ethical standards. Expertise to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff, clients and the public.
