Assistant Branch Manager - Retail Banking Our Client is a successful Savings & Loan based in Queens, NY. We have a new opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to assist the Branch Manager in managing the day to day operations of the branch and ensuring that the Branch is adhering to the Bank's service level standards. As Assistant Branch Manager, you will generate a variety of sales, account openings and processing activities for customers. Respond to customer requests, resolve inquiries in a timely fashion. Observe and seek opportunities to coach subordinates in all areas of branch operations and customer service. Oversee customer service, teller, and branch activities in the absence of the Manager. All duties and responsibilities are performed in conformance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and all banking regulations. This is a full time position with benefits.
