RESIDENTIAL DIRECT LOAN OFFICERFidelity Bank is expanding and this new lending division plans to build a team of highly successful loan originators. The Residential Direct Loan Officer will receive dedicated marketing from a variety of channels to engage mortgage prospects on a multistate and national level. The applicant will receive a base salary and competitive performance compensation.The applicant for this position will possess a thorough understanding of mortgage lending practices, from origination to closing, and will provide high quality customer service as home-buyers and refinance borrowers execute the lending process.?The applicant will maintain constant contact with borrowers, professional service providers and network affiliates in order to establish business relationships and will market Fidelity Bank?s loan products (in addition to other products and services).Qualifications for the position include a bachelor?s degree in a business-related position (which may be waived in lieu of background)
