House Sitter Wanted - Dedicated House Sitting Service Provider Wanted In - (Brooklyn Park, MN)

Job Posting: I hope you are having a good day. I am looking for a home sitter working in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. It is a nice family part of town. My aim is to chat with a skilled, flexible individual who has availability in the near future. Duties: We would benefit from lawn maintenance, snow clearing and coordinating things associated with the sale of the house. This would include coordinating people to paint, change carpeting, repairs, etc. The house would need to be cleaned (initial cleaning will be a professional house cleaner) and kept "showing ready" until the house is sold. Outside of that, you would simply be the "house manager" that we or whoever we point your way, can contact for scheduling, etc. This would be a "live-in" house sitting job. That is to say we would expect that you spend roughly 65-75% or more of your time actually on the property. You can have up to 3 guests at any given time, but no parties and it is your responsibility for their cleanup and/or actions while in the house.
