Internal Project Coordinator- Construction - (Auburn, CA)

Kingsley Builders, Inc. is a ten-year-old, Auburn-based construction business currently focusing on federal contracts. We are seeking a motivated, experienced and skilled Project Coordinator to coordinate a number of concurrently running construction projects. The perfect candidate will have three years in a project coordination role, as well as some background in the construction industry. We are looking for a self-starting team member who is comfortable interfacing with people at all levels and across all aspects of construction projects. Assignments include: Daily project tracking Write contracts and manage sub-contractors Negotiate, order and track materials for projects Provide support for external project managers Work with change orders, modifications and RFI responses General office duties.
