The retail segment, which operates in 7 states, markets motor fuel and convenience merchandise through a network of approx 350 company-operated convenience store locations operated under the MAPCO Express , MAPCO Mart ,Fast Food and Fuel , Favorite Markets , Delta Express and Discount Food Mart brand names.Customer Service Leader OpportunityPosition Responsibilities:- Meet company customer service standards.- Follow company cash control policies and procedures.- Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.- Obey company and health department safety guidelines for food preparation.- Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to workplace standards.- Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.- Complete training activities and pass min job performance standards.- Follow company general rules of conduct and code of ethics.- Motivate sales associates to grow the store sales and profitability using suggestive selling
