Part-Time Maintenance Assistant, Parking Operations Campus Bloomington - (Bloomington, IN)

The maintenance assistant assists in all areas of maintenance of the campus parking garages and parking lots. The position consists of custodial duties to include sweeping, emptying trash, clearing debris from sidewalks, and other routine duties. Will assist the Maintenance lead on weekly collection of parking meter coin and troubleshooting of mechanical problems with parking equipment including gates, ticket dispensers and parking meters. The work schedule will be Monday ? Friday between the hours of 7am-3pm, but will not exceed 29 hours per week. No evening or weekend hours will be required. REQUIRED: High-school certificate or GED and prior custodial or maintenance background.Possess a valid driver?s license with the expertise to be insured by Indiana University.To be considered for this position, please make sure that all outstanding parking charges and citations has been paid prior to applying.
