Nurse clinical supervisor - (Greensboro, NC)

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Greensboro. Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care continues to grow across NC We are seeking a nurse leader to complete our team in the Greensboro, NC office. Qualifications: RN with a min of two years of clinical background, preferably with the pediatric population. RN must have clinical skills working with medically fragile children or adults in an acute care setting, with skills that include interventions for respiratory support and interventions, management of plans of care, tube feedings, supervision of clinical staff, and a desire to provide high-quality care in a supportive and goal oriented setting. Home Health background is preferred. RN will be a part of the Management Team and provide oversight of clinical and administrative duties in coordination with Location Director. Strong communication abilities to work with our referral sources and physicians, understanding Medicaid programs that provide in-home programs to the recipients in NC.
