Veterinary Technician - Supervisor The Clinical Supervisor, reporting to the Medical Director, is responsible for overall supervision of technicians within the Emergency and Specialty Departments. The Client Specialist Supervisor follows and enforces established procedures to ensure that our external clients and co-workers receive efficient and courteous assistance. The perfect applicant will have the expertise to analyze and troubleshoot complex problems, then propose solutions or recommendations. Successful leadership skills. Must have the expertise to develop employee skill sets and advise employees of performance qualifications within the standards of the Hospital. Must have strong client relation and people skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and the expertise to exhibit empathy.
