General Summary: Under the general direction of the Development Director, the Grant Associate is responsible for the overall success of the corporate, foundation, civic/community, and faith grants. In addition, this position does writing for press releases, appeals, newsletters and other marketing material for the agency. Overview: Reporting to the Grant Manager, the Grant Associate plans and executes grant writing and proposals. The Grant Associate will also pay particular attention to fostering relationships with new and existing funders, especially individuals, faith based entities, corporations, and foundations.
